Ford Nowra provided an excellent service in the purchase of our Ford Everest. Jolene, sales lady at Ford Nowra, is very knowledgeable and explains things very clearly. She is also very courteous and advocates well on your behalf. Jolene would also get back to us as promised and very promptly.
I was very impressed with the whole experience of buying my new Everest from Kinghorn Motors. The sales staff were attentive but not pushy, they were knowledgeable and seem to take delight in showing me their products and offering to let me take them for test drives. This was the easiest changeover of vehicles I have ever had and I am grateful for how the Kinghorn team went about making it so. They’re happy to take my money for a brand new car but servicing is another thing- don’t get it serviced there - you’ll regret it. You’ll get stuffed around, no communication, parts aren’t ordered in time when you get a service (6 week lead up) and no one remembers discussing it. Right now I’m being stitched up for something that was approved under warranty. No tail light part ordered and had to be taken off a new car. To top it off it’s now a me problem not a them problem.
