I was very impressed with the whole experience of buying my new Everest from Kinghorn Motors. The sales staff were attentive but not pushy, they were knowledgeable and seem to take delight in showing me their products and offering to let me take them for test drives. They’re happy to take my money for a brand new car but servicing is another thing- don’t get it serviced there - you’ll regret it. You’ll get stuffed around, no communication, parts aren’t ordered in time when you get a service (6 week lead up) and no one remembers discussing it. Right now I’m being stitched up for something that was approved under warranty. No tail light part ordered and had to be taken off a new car. To top it off it’s now a me problem not a them problem. I have been 100% satisfied with EVERY purchase I have made, although I have been called a wood duck which means you are a sucker who doesn't asked questions and doesn't want to barter with price.
