Great service. Put my car in for a starter motor replacement (pig of a job on my Range Rover). They happily booked me in at short notice and used my supplied replacement part, no quibbles. Top marks, would happily use again, highly recommended.
Found out about Kinghams after being messed around by a local garage. It was 100% a blessing in disguise because the level of service Keith, Gary and the rest of the team consistently demonstrate has been next level. Nowadays it seems great customer service is a lost art but with these guys, you are never left wondering whether they know their stuff or not. Absolutely brilliant garage. I brought my Alfa Giulia in with a non-starting fault. They looked at it straight away, sent me a video explaining the issues, and it was promptly resolved. All the team were friendly, helpful, and very professional. They even gave it a valet free of charge. Excellent service all round.
Wow what an amazing buying experience at Kingham’s of Croydon !!! Not the usual flashy big Gin Palace that car dealerships are these days with them all fighting over who has the most glass windows and robot staff that are to scared to make a decision for themselves. Friendly, courteous and professional. It's nearly a two hour round trip to drop my car off and then collect it again but worth it as Kinghams provide a very good service and I feel that they care strongly about the quality of the work that they do.
