I found Kingfish Pools through ****. ***** called me within 15 minutes of the request and within a week his team worked on fixing our pool, fixing the pool light and replacing our filter. There were a few issues when all was said and done, partially due to the age of our pool, but ***** stayed in constant communication with me and didn't stop until everything was taken care of. He was fair, prompt and reasonable. So glad we found him!

Basic competency is not a virtue. There just has to be better companies to work with. As a new homeowner we signed up for pool service. Our motor started having problems and after $3k chasing the problem, it's still not fixed. They overcharged us the further along we went. After we terminated our contract, their pool cleaner still came to the property. Only after threatening to call the police did they stop.
