I have ordered three windowless AC"s from them through the years with no issues and no damage to the packaging or the product
I recommend them. Nathan is very patient. I live in NJ and I bought a heat-pump air handler and at all times they answered the thousand questions I asked them. They are very professional and helpful. The driver very responsible lowering the equipment. I will give you another review when i install it and I will put more photos. Fast delivery
Very good customer service. Product was shipped and delivered on time. They were very professional and prompt in replying to my questions. Overall a very good experience with them and I surely look forward to more business in the future.
They called and tried to get me to cancel my order claiming the single unit they had left was defective. When I told them I understood these things happen and that a delay was fine, they suddenly switched the story. They now had to cancel my order and I would have to place another order at $300 more than the price was when I ordered the week before. This seems like a very questionable business practice at best. The employee I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient with me, as I don’t know much about Ac units. He listened to my situation and made a recommendation on the type of system I would need. He then gave me several choices to choose from based on prices, ratings, etc The transaction was handled smoothly and took a lot of stress off of me. I highly recommend this company for any AC needs!
