I can’t say enough about the attention to detail and the immediate help we got with any question or problem. We moved in yesterday and we are thrilled. Dan Marr is unbelievable to work with. Answers texts immediately, does what he promises, and is an all-around great guy. Everyone we’ve dealt with here, Jacob, Chelsea, and others whose names I can’t recall are all super. We are so happy to call this beautiful new neighborhood our home.

Recently bought a home from Kinger Homes. I am so pleased with my first luxury home at Berry Hill. Dan Mar the builder has been very professional, kind and very responsive to things that need attention. It has been an easy transition from NY. I would absolutely buy again from them.
