They were supposed to come check my water heater on a home warranty claim. They made an appointment with me after I called (they did not call me), and they never showed. I called, and they rescheduled for the next day, still did not show OR call, then started dodging my phone calls! 3 appointments later, and NO shows, I finally got an answer to one of my calls at 10:30pm, and the guy was SO rude that I'd dare care at that time of night. *****************WARNING**************************** THESE GUYS ARE STRAIGHT UP THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT THE TOOLS THAT THEY STOLE AFTER PUTTING IN A FAULTY WATER HEATER. THEY REFUSED TO RETURN THE TOOLS OR PAY FOR THEM. IN FACT, DANIEL CLAIMED THAT HE INTENDED TO SUE ME FOR SLANDER AND FOR THREATENING HIM.
Daniel and Banden were on time and identified my issue right away. Problem solved and now my outdoor patio lights work. They even offered hints and suggestions for problem solving in the future. I'll definitely use them in the future if I run into an electrical issue.
