Super easy process, so very professional and enjoyable to work with. Called on the phone and dealt with Courtney (who was easy to speak with and very knowledgeable on the trailer I was calling about), was greeted by Jack upon arrival and Jayme was hooking up the new trailer to my truck 15 minutes later. Things literally, from start to finish, could not have gone more smoothly and professional. If you're in the market for a trailer and want an easy transaction; I'd give them a call.
I’ve been trying to buy a tilt deck trailer from this place for about 3 weeks. My credit union was asking for an MSRP sheet to which they say that those are not available. I plead with the salesman to call the manufacturer after several weeks, turns out there actually is an MSRP on it, but conveniently they sell the trailer I’ve been trying to get the morning of finding the MSRP. If you don’t want to play games, go somewhere else for a trailer. Blacked out my contact information, but here are the photos of the conversation.
Jack and Courtney were extremely helpful throughout the process of buying a new cargo trailer. They carry top of the line equipment and provide excellent customer service. I’d highly recommend buying your next trailer there.
I don’t usually posts reviews, but when there is exceptional service and products I must. Brand appreciative and happy with the smooth sale, service and follow up. I will be buying from Kingdom and only Kingdom for all my business needs.
Amazing customer service!! Jack was great and helped find the enclosed trailer I was searching for! Jack & Courtney are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Kingdom Trailers!
