This storage unit facility claims to be “Dry, always, mold free, and climate controlled.” The pipes bursted causing all the units to be flooded. Hardly any compensation was given and there was a huge delay in communication causing our stuff to sit and get moldy. Truly unacceptable and I would recommend staying clear of the place. They also were cutting our lock off of our second unit as we were looking at the damaged property in our first unit. If we were not thier I don't know what would have happened to our belongs.

Don’t do business here we lost our house and have 3 trailer loads of stuff at there INDOOR LOCATION all claims of climate control are false the water pipes froze and broke and every unit in the building was effected we were able to save one trailer and have around $4500 in damages the owners are refusing to take responsibility or reimburse anybody for there damages we are not the only people dealing with this

Website claims dry and heated but when they leave the heat off and flood the place and get mold on everyone’s things. They lie and only give you two months free and a bad moving service to move your wet moldy things to another wet and moldy unit.

Hardly any compensation was given and there was a huge delay in communication causing our stuff to sit and get moldy. Truly unacceptable and I would recommend staying clear of the place.

All of my families stuff was in there and all they could do was give us a month of free rent 1,000s of dollars worth of items ruined
