Professional and very friendly atmosphere.
I scheduled an appointment here for a wash and trim. Upon my arrival of my appointment time the shop wasn’t even open. Whomever was set to open that day was late. When I walked in I was warmly greeted but told the individual I scheduled my appointment with (the shop owner!) was out of town. The woman helping me tried called her to sort out the confusion but couldn’t get an answer.
