My grandma went here in 2020, worst mistake. She'd never fallen, but supposedly fell and had a huge bruise on her face and both sides of her body, which didn't add up to a single fall. No one informed us she had pneumonia, it slipped when we called to check on her about her "fall" so we found out after a week of them discovering it.
