Everything went very well from the start and we are very happy with our new roof and with the process. Thomas was very nice to work with, the communication was very good. I didn’t have to leave a voicemail when first called. Thomas answered right away and he showed up on time to the first inspection. Nic’s (the project manager) communication was also good.
