Floyd was terrific. Responsive and knowledgeable and walked me thru the process. He saved me from having to send out a table to be repaired and was able to fix it with his products.

Floyd's customer service and attention to detail is outstanding. Much to our dismay I accidentally put a dime sized spot of Floyd's premium dark oak wax on one of our recently upholstered antique chairs. Upon contacting Floyd he explained in detail how to best mitigate the problem, which included not only the product to use but also and most impressively he detailed the technique to use to best remove the stain.
