I've used Kingdom at LEAST 4 times since buying my house 2 yrs ago.I always request Shannon; he's always on time, professional, and goes the extra mile when he doesn't have to. I had sump issues in my finished basement from the previous homeowner. He could've easily changed me an erroneous amount of money in upcharges but instead he gave me options and advisories without being pushy or fear mongering.
Shane did an awesome job and would not give up on finding our back up problem in our kitchen. He is very professional and explained everything along the way. He gave us some tips to prevent the same problem in the future! He also came out on a holiday weekend and saved our Easter!
Very professional and pleasant to work with. Small job but would use them again without hesitation.
