Super happy with my K1 experience! Amber is an excellent trainer! Very knowledgeable and the gym is stocked with lots of equipment. New membership option to come and go or do classes is awesome flexibility. Totally recommend!

I dropped in for a session and was very impressed by this place. The owner is super nice and knowledgeable. The gym itself is clean with lots of weights and although I haven’t joined a formal class yet, it seems like they have a blast.
