I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have been taking my dad to dialysis and medical appointments for over a year. He has had to go to last minute urgent medical appointments and they were at my house to pick him up in 15-30 minutes. They always treat him with the utmost care and respect. They are always on time or early to pick up for appointments.
We have been using this service for more than a year. Have had and continue to have issues regarding drop-off/pick-up timelines and staff unprofessionalism. They begin their service perfect for a month, then for the rest of the time you are with them, they slack-off and begin to not care for the patient. KMT claims door-to-door delivery of the patient, ever since the first month of service, they have never done that again.
