Brought boat to them with a couple pretty simple issues. Kept boat 3 months and never fixed the problem. Said he fixed one issue but i found out recently the part and issue was never fixed. Paid for a service that was never done.

I put in an online request for service to my Ranger bass boat. The website promised a response within 48 hours. No one has reached out. As a small business owner, I understand the value of keeping promises and making potential customers (especially ones willing to spend a lot for quality work) feel important. Let’s try to normalize good customer service again.

After adding new fuel to my boat it failed. I called Clint and he came out. He had to pull my carburetor and take it back to his shop. He found debris in it and cleaned it. After returning he also found the plugs were fouled with the same. Clint worked at draining the tank and making sure there was no more containments before starting the engine after the repairs. After my boat languished at the factory dealer for many months and lots of money, the dealer service department finally just gave up and admitted they couldn't figure out what was wrong. I was freaking out...the dealer service department just gave up? I asked them what was I supposed to do now and they suggested I try Clint at Kingdom Marine. He had the boat fixed very quickly at a very reasonable price, and it runs better than ever now! This guy knows his stuff!!
