Incredibly frustrating experience with Kingdom Landscaping. I was a customer for a full season last year with little issues, they put me on a Saturday route. They would sometimes miss but somewhat okay. This year, they changed my service from Saturdays to Mondays. When I requested to be changed to a later day in the week, it took weeks of going back and forth for them to listen to me. They missed weeks at a time with no notice and no rescheduling. Failed to show up for weeks in a row but kept charging my account through autopay. When I asked why they were mowing my lawn they claimed that they had and gave me dates and times that were just lies. And when they finally showed up for a make up mowing they dinged my car with rocks because they were not careful with the mowers. AVOID like the plague.
No one showed up at my house for 3 consecutive weeks despite saying they were going to come the last 2 weeks. No call / no show, just started mowing on our own.
