Very friendly and great quality
It’s really annoying when you get to your appt and the barber you booked with isn’t even working! The app didn’t even let me choice a barber! And the appt was confirmed. The guy said we would be considered to walk in. He should’ve at least asked me for my confirmation and put us ahead of everybody else but we’ve been sitting here Over an hour and still nothing. This is ridiculous when we should’ve already been done. They have had the same guys in the chair since we got here an hour . I will no longer be back.
Let me start off by saying that I am very disappointed with how KT is handling business. I had been talking to her throughout a four day period. She scheduled an appointment with me at 7:30 in the morning on Saturday. I arrived at my schedule time and was informed that she was in Kansas. I had just talked to her through text the day prior. I am not understanding why she didn’t tell me that she would not be available. This is not the way that you do business.
