On Saturday, May 3, 2025, I visited the Kingdom Kutz salon in Florence, SC for the first time. I came in as a walk-in. To my disappointment, there was no employee stationed at the door to greet me or to explain procedures. I walked from the front to the back of the salon. A gentleman stylist passed me by in the hallway and did not even speak to me. After walking by a few doors looking for someone to help me, I popped my head in Theron McCutcheon's door.
