Neighborhood is great. Very friendly residents. Had a small issue(ended not a builder issue) they responded same day and took extra steps to try and resolve. So great customer service
I helped a client purchase a Kingdom Home. They were in between Realtors for the particular home my client was interested in, so I contacted the builder directly. They were very organized and easy to work with. My client was very excited about their new home and all the planned community features. I would definitely bring another client to this builder.
I like this neighborhood. It is a great location, super quiet, the flower beds & landscaping in the common areas looks good and the price point was ideal for my situation.
Low quality build homes. Worse than production home builders. HOA tries to fine for every little issue. Tons of issues in the neighborhood and they want to complain about the smallest issue they can find so they can keep fining you.
Easy to work with and they’re always happy!
