Absolute scam of a service. Purchased a new home and the builder handed me their report. There are a minimum of four code violations that were not noted in this report. One of which involves the telepost in the basement; It is not secured what so ever which could cause the home to collapse. They also failed to report that the AC drained onto the floor behind the water heater, lack of insulation around windows, improper exterior finishings which can cause water damage, and the list goes on and on. I don't normally leave a review on Google nor Amazon. I wanted to make my very first review for any service coz of what Curtis did for us. He has been kind and professional with enough knowledge of the inspection. He knows what he is doing and what he needs to do. He has been great even after the service for the further/potential issues. Highly recommend this guy and definately will have him again for the inspection. Two thumbs up

Highly recommend Curtis. He responded extremely fast to emails, even in the evenings. Completed the inspection quickly and had our information the same day. Took the time to thoroughly explain his findings and provided ample information to allow us to make an informed decision. Could not recommend his services highly enough. If you're thinking of buying a home, don't neglect this vital step, and go with Curtis.
