I finally had the opportunity to drop in to this gym. Today was upper body split and I am impressed with the equipment offering and availability of machines during my visit from 9am to 10am. They have a good amount of Prime fitness machines and a full line of dumbbells which increase jn 2.5 pound increments and were well organized. I plan to come back Friday for leg day and use the Atlantis pendulum squat (this is a very rare piece of equipment) and hack squat. The staff is very kind and helpful. Great gym and great experience. Everyone working there is super friendly, the equipment is all nicely kept and up to date. If you're looking for a great gym to work out in, this is for you. There are a lot of social clubs disguised as gyms around here, this is not one of those.
