I am shocked and pissed. I placed an order online for their Mothers Day 'Designer's Choice' special for $75. I gave all the required info on the website 6 days in advance of Mothers Day and received a confirmation. Not only did the order NOT get delivered, they sent my mother an email the day after telling her she had a credit vs. calling her to apologize. I never heard from the management and don't expect to. It appears they don't respond to complaints.
So lovely to still have a florist to make the flower arrangements for special occasions.
Made a first time, by phone, order. Kind of in the blind as to what was available. Gave them some ideas, to whom, and delivery address. Was very very,very pleased with the service, politeness, arrangements of piece and promptness! Thank you all, it was very Beautiful and she loved it! Will do business with you again.
