Darrell is the kindest and most patient person I've met in the HVAC business. We were working through a home warranty company, which can be an ordeal. Darrell advocated for us to the warranty company, made sure we got what we needed and kept our out of pocket costs low. Hi Everyone! I want to share info about a Company that is Absolutely Outstanding!! Every time my husband & I would call someone for work to be done for our home, we would ALWAYS get taken advantage of and ripped off Really bad! 5 Stars for Kingdom Comfort. Had a situation with our heat pump making noticeable noise. Called Kingdom Comfort and they scheduled me for later in the week. Troubleshooting a few options was a little bit of a process but Darrell got is figured out. Also he reminded me the unit was still under warranty and was able to secure the replacement parts with a nearby distributor so we were back up and running in no time. Highly recommend.
