Fair prices but not too reliable. A 2-3 day job ended up being a 6 week job. Never showed up till noon or 1pm when did show up after Many empty promises of being here at 8am. Not doing what he always said. Had to refix a few projects as not done right the first time. At the end of project he was going to “Bless me” by doing my driveway Free of Labor. Mike at KBCC completed the sheetrock, mud, tape and knockdown ceiling in my new construction basement, hallway and storage room. The knockdown ceiling looks fantastic and he was able to recommend ideas and improve some of the framing I had completed. His quote was competitive and the work was completed on time. We had Mike do a laundry room and kitchen remodel/dry wall job. Mikes prices were more than fair and he is very easy to work with. We were doing a lot of the remodel ourselves and Mike was able to help with suggestions of how to change some things and still keep us structurally sound. The kitchen and laundry room look great and we will be calling Kingdom Builders again for future work.
