If you value your dog's life whatsoever do not take your dogs to Kingdom Animal Hospital.They have some of the worst services ever. I’ve been a customer at Kingdom Animal Hospital since 2010, Dr. Alexander Pruitt is an evil, emotionless and an extremely unprofessional bitch who doesn’t need to be working around zero dogs. My dog was scheduled for a surgery she put him under anesthesia which takes two hours before he wakes up she literally tried to kick my dog out after 30 minutes. Please do yourself and your pets a favor...DO NOT GO HERE! Miserable people at the desk (just rude and ugly)...and the Dr...they must NOT teach “bedside manner” at vet school b/c she’s TERRIBLE! Unless you want your kids to cry and feel like having an overall Teri or experience...GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

The Animal Kingdom Hospital is a very professional and wonderful place to take your pet to. The staff are always very kind and thorough when asking questions. I wouldn’t take my bunny to anyone but Dr Laura. Dr Laura and her staff are the best. Highly Recommended.

Worst animal hospital EVER! I’d rate ZERO stars if I could!!! Dirty rusty cages. The “dr” is never around just incompetent vet techs who can’t be bothered to check on the animals you’ve entrusted your fur baby to. So sorry I ever used this hospital bc my baby is gone

Worst animal hospital I have ever heard of! They leave animals unchecked for hours on end, especially on the weekends, where a sick animal could sit in their own feces and excrement for HOURS! You have to constantly monitor your own pet & even when they are notified of an issue, they do not fully investigate the situation themselves. Oh and they'll dispose of your pet cremains without contacting you even if they have a signed form stating you want your pets cremains

We have been with kingdom for 3-4 years and is the only place I trust to treat my 3 dogs. This was the only place who listened and were able to manage and treat, find the right levels and medications, for 2 of my dogs with health issues and even came in on the weekend and made room to see my dogs the same day if needed when we had concerns or noted any changes. I recommend these wonderful people and clinic to everyone I know and they continue to use them as well.

NEGATIVE stars. Worst animal hospital i have ever been to. The place is unsanitary with old and dirty supplies/machines/kennels. Vet technicians and doctors (Pruitt/Lara) are callous/heartless and completely neglectful. Animals who are even admitted overnight only receive care every several hours and can even go up to 15 hours without any care on weekends. The way they treat animals is actually inhumane.
