They must use an answering service or don't have any staff in the office who can answer any questions about your account. Every time you call you always have to leave a message and wait for someone to call back. Sometimes it is quickly returned, other times it could be hours or even days before you get a response. It doesn't matter if it is a simple question about your system, your billing, or a complex issue, all they do is a take a message for someone to call your back. I can rarely get someone to call me back IF they answer the phone. My alarm has a beeping sound going off all day. I finally got a call through hours ago yet no one to call me back. So I called again. Once again the phone calls wouldn't go through. WHen I did get someone at a call center they said they were sending a message to a technician to call me soon and here I am again....waiting. My next phone call was to a new company. Anything has got to be better than this.

Ms Debra's wireless contact was malfunctioning causing her alarm system to beep and warn her. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience and our records show that a technician has taken care of the problem as of May 23rd , free of charge.
I give this company zero stars. I have been calling them for 2 months and haven't gotten a call back. I canceled my contract IN WRITING in October 2018. I requested a follow up letter stating they received my cancellation request and did not get anything so I went to the office and spoke to a young man that showed me my letter and stated it would be canceled. Horrible customer service and horrible owner! Our home flooded on Aug. 12, 2016. I tried calling numerous times after Sept. 1 when we decided to purchase another home to see about transferring our service to the new home. I told her please bc this is my second time . I ABSOLUTELY REALLY REALLY APPRECIATED KINGDOM ALARMS IN LAFAYETTE. I HAVE USED THEM SINCE I MOVED IN MY HOUSE OVER 6 YRS AGO. UNLIKE OTHER ALARM COMPANIES, KINGDOM ALARMS DEDICATES THEMSELVES TO BE THE BEST IN THEIR BUSINESS. THEIR LOCALIZED CARE IS SECOND TO NONE.
