Every time you call you always have to leave a message and wait for someone to call back. Sometimes it is quickly returned, other times it could be hours or even days before you get a response. I can rarely get someone to call me back IF they answer the phone. My alarm has a beeping sound going off all day. I finally got a call through hours ago yet no one to call me back. So I called again. Once again the phone calls wouldn't go through. WHen I did get someone at a call center they said they were sending a message to a technician to call me soon and here I am again....waiting. My next phone call was to a new company. Anything has got to be better than this.

Ms Debra's wireless contact was malfunctioning causing her alarm system to beep and warn her. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience and our records show that a technician has taken care of the problem as of May 23rd , free of charge.
I give this company zero stars. I have been calling them for 2 months and haven't gotten a call back. I canceled my contract IN WRITING in October 2018. I requested a follow up letter stating they received my cancellation request and did not get anything so I went to the office and spoke to a young man that showed me my letter and stated it would be canceled. My contract was set to expire in March 2019 and my account is still being debited. I have been leaving messages with their answering service and have gotten ZERO phone ... read more
