Extremeley dissapointed in Kingdom Air. Was told our system was no good and had to be replaced. Got another opinion and it was fixed for less than 10% of their quote of $14,000 to replace the " no good unit ". Could understand them making one mistake but the exact same thing happened to my brother from Kingdom Air. He was also told his system needed to be replaced and got it fixed for a fraction of the price and kingdom air left a nice hole in his ceiling because they needed to investigate. We got an insurance quote from these guys to replace my tennants old air conditioner with a new one. I put through the insurance claim which was successful only to find out afterwards that they had run out of stock. I was unable to get the insurance payout amended to their more expensive alternative and they weren’t willing to honour their quote with a different unit they had in stock so I had to search and find a replacement for them to install - which was a unit not as good and cheaper - but they still charged the same. 6 ... read more
