Had an issue with my engel, 2 months later I dropped off here on a Monday and on the Friday they informed me the issue had disappeared. Am highly impressed with there honesty.
Don't expect any help from this company. Customer service is rubbish. I'm 74 years old and asked them to come out and close the door on evaporative air unit on my roof so the rain doesn't damage my house. I spoke to their trade person who said it would take less than 30 minutes. However, the receptionist said they would put me on a wait list but it would be over 2 months. She said she understands my situation and suggested I 'ring around town'. They have done a number of jobs for me over the last 6 years but no more.
Highly recommend Kingaroy Refrigeration for service and price. Their installation crew on our second purchase from them was outstanding, as was on the first time. Polite, courteous, efficient and professional, Cody and Mark made sure everything was left clean and working as it should. The short wait time was okay as the results were worth it.
