Absolutely appalling services and excuses. Second time in a matter of weeks. Paid for freight charges, and then getting a text message say, 'come and pick up your pack' , after paying $300 the first time and now $120. I was put through to the owner, who has absolutely no person skills, who the preceded to raise his voice and give me the speech about contracts and so on. We have shipped a pallet/or carton once a month from North Brisbane for the last 3 months, so 3 pickups so far to go to Kingaroy. We have been very happy with the level of service from both the office staff and drivers. After dealing with a multinational carrier and being let down often, it is refreshing to deal with KFE.

Rang them up last Friday for a pick up Monday morning. Asked for a ETA for the driver through Nanango and was given time around 9 to 9.30am. I asked also for driver to ring me when leaving Kingaroy because I would meet them at Nanango Motors with 2 milk crates to pick up 4 disk rotors and deliver to my house. Monday morning rode up with the 2 milk crates. Was told driver had already picked up and gone. I had to leave the 2 milk crates there cause one had peeled off some rubber off my bike's rear tyre.
