The rooms are simple but comfortable. The stand out was the helpful manager, Kate. She looked after us very well and accommodated our last-minute requests (due to an unexpected family situation), all with kindness and a smile.
Rooms are very basic. Smart TVs have no interest connection. Laundry costs extra, BBQ costs extra. Pool isn't open. Staff won't listen to your concerns and are happy to argue about it. This place Iis ok fo a night, but don't expect anything to be fixed quickly.
Thankfully I only stayed one night. The initial welcome was good. The bed uncomfortable. No towel provided for showering. Wifi lasted 20 minutes.
