I would not recommend these mechanics at all. I have walked in several times and stood at the front counter waiting for someone to acknowledge my existence but nope, completely ignored on several occasions. I thought I would give them one last chance today, I took my husbands Navara in as it's been playing up, slipping gears, no power etc, walked in and the owner was playing with his son, didn't say anything to me, so I waited and waited again, then he pulls his phone out and starts showing me videos of his son. I recently got my car serviced back in February by a local Kingaroy mechanics. I had some trouble with an oil leak. I had to take my car back twice for this business to have the job done to what I would have assumed was correct. Unfortunately a weekend away and another oil leak later ~ which led to damaging my engine, it turns out that this local business replaced my oil hose with a coolant hose… which is NOT oil resistant. I took my car in for a service and ended up with a dusted engine. Two of the bolts that hold the air box together had been broken off and there was evidence of dodgy repair, a zip tie on one and glue on the other. The third down the bottom which wasn't broken didn't even have a bolt in it. So my engine sucked dust for 10 000km. Was replaced with second hand engine through their insurance. So I now have an unknown engine in my car. Plenty of other places to take your car in Kingaroy...
