Met with Jordan about an insurance situation. Our consultation was an hour long and he basically told me it wasn’t worth pursuing but that he would write a letter for me, but nothing may come of it. I told him we didn’t have extra money to spend as we were already financially drained from the situation that put us there. He assured me that this was not what their law firm was about and told me that with the remaining time in our consultation he would be able to draft up the letter. Things started out great, but due to some unforeseen circumstances I lost my job, and while going through a divorce trying to get parenting time with my 22 month old daughter they abandoned me and quit as my council because I had a balance and could pay it. Selfish as selfish can get. Bottom line no way for anyone to argue it. Unless you have cash money readily available I would urge you to consider using different attorneys.
$300 for a consultation fee… and wait a week? No sir. What happened to fighting for justice and actually caring.
