Good prices and friendly service, great to deal with.
I called and spoke politely with the staff member, asking about a specific part. He said he might have it but wasn’t sure and told me I would need to come in and check myself. I explained that I am 40 minutes away and didn’t want to drive there if the part wasn’t in stock, and I politely asked if he could check for me. He then responded by saying, “I’m busy in the office. I don’t care how far away you are.”
I went to King Wreckers today for a part for my Hyundai imax . The service was really great and they had the part I was looking for and was very well priced .they have so many parts available for all makes and models I would highly recommend buying from this place .
How wonderful it is to find good old fashioned service with customer focus. I visited here today to get some parts for my car. The young fella was knowledgeable about car parts, but was also so friendly & sincere. He asked politely if I could just wait 5mins while he had the parts removed for me. Due to my physical condition, I couldn't make it up the steps into the air-conditioned office.
