The water is well water and it smelled absolutely awful, like rotten eggs. The water pressure wasn't the best in the showers, most likely need to either change or clean the shower heads. We had issues with the heat and A/C. My son and I slept in the first room by the door and it was freezing cold in it while the rest of the cabin was hot. My son is currently sick because of it even though we were both covered with 4 blankets. We also never got to enjoy the movie area, couldn't figure out how to get the equipment to work.
