Great doctors and staff they go the extra mile to get you well
This is the worst office for call you back. I was scheduled for a lab appointment and call ahead several hours to try and make an appointment for before or after the lab appointment due to severe abdominal pain. Expecting call from triage nurse, No call back. I went in and there was only 1 person ahead of me in the waiting room. The lab nurse was only concerned about my issues being related to COVID symptoms. Next day still no call. This past July I had to call 3 times to get a simple question answered. I feel as if the staff is rude and un caring. Over a year ago i expressed concern in my child's sugar level and the proper labs are not drawn. My son lived in pain, confusion for over a year for this. It toke him going into a diabetic ketoacidosis and in ICU for some one to care. This could have been detected a long time ago had i been taken seriously. I will never return my children myself to this facility.
