My benefits came up for review and the date on the notice for me to turn in information was September 5. My benefits were discontinued on April 1. I seen some of these reviews and I just wanted to share mine. Ms Resnick and Ms Lopez have been nothing but amazing to me. They cared, were so sweet and understood my situation with no judgement. I just got a new case worker, Ms Johnson. It was a lot to switch over from one case worker to another, and had a few hiccups in the way, but she took care of it very professionally. chasing my freaking tail just trying to get my food stamps renewed for my baby and I, the county TRULY does not care about the people.
