Top notch organization! Dropped off my truck for an alignment and prepaid, I wasn’t able to pick it up before they closed. Received a call that it wasn’t necessary then was refunded the charge. Being honest is a quality worth more than $! Earned a customer for life!!
Great Customer Service. Found my new Jeep accessory place. 2 years after posting this review, I now use these guys for everything for my Jeep. They are super helpful and always willing to takexare of everything I need.
This is a good shop with honest management. Unfortunately one of their mechanics messed up and tried to hide it. The mechanic who worked on my car not only damaged my vehicle (2012 Honda Pilot) and said nothing he also did not do the break flush he recommended and I was charged for. The gaping hole in the pics was done by the mechanic while replacing my struts. The same mechanic also left the nuts from the top strut mount rolling around in my engine compartment. Highly recommend using King wheel and tire on any custom work on your truck. Tried using cowboy customs to install IHC drop kit and it was a Big mistake. Thought it would be something simple and should have been, but somehow they couldn’t get it right after multiple attempts. I ended up at Kings and worked with Z and he got it Right!!!! Awesome dude!! I am forever, a loyal customer of theirs. Can’t speak highly enough about the company and how they operate.
Great customer service and professionalism! Zee and the staff helped my wife decide on what wheels and tires were the best look for her Jeep. They went up and above to make sure we understood everything. Experience was great and we highly recommend.
