I've been going to this office since I was born. I've even moved out of Hamilton and will not switch offices. I've had no issues with reception, getting through on the phone, or getting an appointment at a decent time. I've seen multiple doctors over the years and all have been great. The nurse practitioner is great. I've seen a counsellor which is great to have available. If I had any complaint it's that the office itself could use a little updating.
I have been a patient of Dr. Gavranic for years now. She is the best Doctor I have ever had. She is thorough in her quest for answers when faced with a medical issue. Staff have always been pleasant and timing for appointments has always been good.
I have been a patient here for the last year. Everyone I have met has been absolutely wonderful. You can tell that the doctor's and staff genuinely care about the patients and I am incredibly grateful to be a patient of such a great medical team.
