I visited the office and had many questions courteously answered by the staff.
Unethical service department. They will neglect notification and mailing to put customers on restricted timelines that are unachievable in order to make more money in fees. They do not accept anything other than in person or mail in payment. For water systems they support(mine) this means 1.5+hour drive away.
Why isn't there a zero rating? King Water is the worst. The absolute worst. They don't return calls...ever. They don't follow-up on anything. They are impossible to get a hold of. They don't make changes in things like billing addresses or anything else even though you might ask them to do so many, many times. I have absolutely no idea how they stay in business. Do not hire them.
