Excellent service
We needed new disc brake pads on our queensland manufactured hybrid caravan/camper. We spoke to Kings and they said drop by and we'll look for a solution. Other repairers just told us how long their booking list was!! We dropped by and Kings were able to source suitable parts and found time the following day to complete the work. 24 hrs later we were back on the road. Recently had some work done fitting some brakes to my old boat trailer, cracking service from start to finish, awesome professional job carried out, all at a good price. Highly reccomend these guys for all of your trailer/towing needs
I phoned Friday re availability of ladder racks for my newly acquired Navarro flat tray, guy was a bit of a dill, while explaining I'm planning to get a canvas canopy I was rudely interupted by him saying we don't do that try these places Ra Ra, I'm thinking if you hadn't interupted me I was about to say I have that sorted, anyway he said to come in Saturday morning to check tray type etc, after telling me the opening hrs for Saturday, I get there sat morning and. Closed sat, so I went to a competitor and ordered my part.
Went in to get some help/advice on Weight Distribution Hitches and the two guys that were in there were absolutely rude. One said ‘the skip bin is out there to throw that crap in’ Might have the monopoly, but not a good customer experience.
