Went in to get some help/advice on Weight Distribution Hitches and the two guys that were in there were absolutely rude. One said ‘the skip bin is out there to throw that crap in’ Might have the monopoly, but not a good customer experience.
Excellent service all round a special thanks to Robert Heuke, sales manager for assistance in purchasing a small modest pop up. Smooth transaction, no pushy sales pitch just presented the facts and answered all questions. Everyone very pleasant at this business 5 star all the way, highly recommended
Thanks to Scotty and the team at Kings Trailer. Excellent service and very efficient result after a slight oversight on both our parts when adding a bumper bar. Fitted me back in immediately, fixed the problem and kindly at no cost installed the tow bar as well. Away we went on the long weekend. Cheers Susan Kennedy
