We booked a massage session a week in advance and arrived about five minutes before our appointment. When we entered, we noticed several shoes and slippers by the door. The staff member at the front desk asked us to remove our shoes and wear slippers from the cabinet. When I took a pair, I found them dirty and sandy. My wife experienced the same.
