7/31/25 I called to get help with a smart clor system. I replaced everything for our tub using their system to the letter. Our water was cloudy and gross within two weeks. I even added extra 'regular' tub chlorine to help. Their solution was to buy more test strips and take my water to the local dealer to test for unlimited other things that might be the issue. Terrible experience with product. When I spoke to the ops mgr. (i think he was the ops mgr.) he was condescending and dismissive.
