I got to know about KING STRENGTH from my friend in 2023. Initially I was hesitant as to how strength training will work in group class format. After joining, I got impressed with knowledgeable trainers. What I like most is they all focus first on "correct forms" vs just go heavy with weights. I tried to use this gym on Class Pass but twice, when I showed up for a class, the gym was closed. And despite the hours of operation on the door, no one was there and no one answered the phone.
I have been a member here at King Strength and Performance for a little over a year and a half. In the beginning I was focused more on losing weight and doing something different than what I was used to, mainly cardio work -outs.)
