No issues at all. We got seen fast (20 min wait) in a busy time (5pm), the receptionist was friendly and so was the nurse that saw to us. There is a lift to the floor the walk in Center is on for wheelchair access.
I’ve been once before and was treated amazingly, went yesterday for suspected tonsillitis, having white patches in the back of my throat, struggling to swallow and eat properly and the doctor dismissed me, didn’t listen to what I had to say, said there wasn’t anything wrong and sent me away with just a throat spray, managed to get an appointment at my regular GP and they have said it’s tonsillitis and prescribed me antibiotics, majorly disappointed in the walk in clinic for dismissing my needs!
I wanted to go to another urgent care center last night, but it was too crowded, so I went to King Street. I didn't have to wait too long, the doctor was very kind, and I received unexpected help. I have never encountered such good service.
Aside from a short wait, I received the best attention and treatment I could’ve asked for. Sophie was extremely professional and made sure I had everything I needed.
