I wanted to go to another urgent care center last night, but it was too crowded, so I went to King Street. I didn't have to wait too long, the doctor was very kind, and I received unexpected help. I have never encountered such good service.
Aside from a short wait, I received the best attention and treatment I could’ve asked for. Sophie was extremely professional and made sure I had everything I needed.
After trying to get in at our local doctors for nearly a week with no appointments available I called in to the drop in centre today with my daughter. Only had to wait twenty minutes. All the staff were so polite. Doctor who saw her explained everything he was going to check and why. He was extremely helpful, patient and kind to her. Brilliant service
Not very happy. Didn't get the right help and wasn't listened to. Been to 2 hospitals since and my doctors. Had to have blood tests and scans looking for possible blood clots
Was treated at King street today for asthma and viral infection. Waiting time 5 mins arrived 1.45pm Excellent service, the medical staff had me feeling a lot better very quickly. Also gave me a care plan to keep my condition stable.
