Not very happy. Didn't get the right help and wasn't listened to. Been to 2 hospitals since and my doctors. Had to have blood tests and scans looking for possible blood clots
Was treated at King street today for asthma and viral infection. Waiting time 5 mins arrived 1.45pm Excellent service, the medical staff had me feeling a lot better very quickly. Also gave me a care plan to keep my condition stable.
Attended yesterday evening. There was a 1.5-2 hour wait. Saw a clinician (Sophie I believe her name was) who listened to me and was very reassuring. I have followed her advice and am starting to feel better. Thankyou!
Visited around 2pm on a Friday & the wait time was short. Accompanied an adult with a complex medical history, special needs & severe mental health issues. The doctor was so thorough, professional & on it - thank you! This was due to, despite trying GP"s on the dot at 8am, as well as trying again at lunch time, a GP apt for this patient was unable to be secured. Can't believe this service is available. I have been into the walk in centre multiple times over the past week, saw a lovely doctor and have no complaints but in her absence i had to see another doctor that did not use any gloves or even wash her hands, she then proceeded to do a botch job of my wound packing and redressing.
