This surgery is an absolute disgrace . No compassion or empathy towards anyone . They give no appointments and constantly tell you to call 111 . No wonder A&E is under so much pressure . I know a handful of folk who are registered at this surgery and have no way of gaining an appointment since before COVID
Phoned to ask for appoint to see GP re referral to dermatologist for facial wart. Receptionist was exceptionally blunt and in no uncertain terms told me dr didn’t do wart removal. After explaining that it was for a referral to dermatologist she told me to go to pharmacist. Cost me £105. Attitude was appalling
Reception staff seem to be confused. They have no idea what they’re doing. One staff gave an instruction over the phone, the receptionist at the front desk is saying something completely different. They’re just so confused and they don’t care
Firstly I would like to commend the fantastic service provided by staff ( one exception) and doctors at the King Street surgery in Paisley. They do a fantastic job and both myself and my family members cannot commend them enough. With this in mind it is my sad duty to highlight the lamentable behaviour of one particular staff member on the reception staff of this surgery.
