I opened my pool today (March 31, 2026) and encountered an issue with my Hayward heater—the control panel was not registering anything beyond the power button. Upon inspection, it appears there may have been water intrusion affecting the panel. As a precaution for others, I would strongly recommend applying a bead of silicone around the perimeter of the control panel to help prevent moisture from getting in. People are amazing in this pool store they are incredibly helpful and the workers are very smart and can help you with whatever you need and the new owners are great
These people are amazing! All new people but the kids are so polite and have alot of knowledge in this field. The new owner is amazing, She really helps and goes out of her way to help! They tell you exactly what you need and are so nice to chat with! Im recommending this store because of the staff and their knowledge. They are awesome really helped me recover my pool and taught me A LOT. Thank you!
