Wonderful practice, Dr Nicole Lancaster is fantastic.

One particular nurse needs to sort how she speaks to people. Straight away the nurse had an issue with my mother and shut her down in regard to my grandmother's care. This place has always has it out for her and it's plain prejudice. This medical centre also needs to let people use the facilities allocated to all who need to use its not very accommodating. What if someone pissed themselves on your floor because you don't let everyone use the toilet, it’s pure negligence on your part.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very thorough & supportive.
