Tried to change address in May 2025 Need proof of your new address WFFS Said person i spoke to. Absolutely useless Went in again September 2025 as not changed NHS appointment going to old address. Rude receptionist Any other company would be bankrupt with this level of service front of House Awaiting confirmation after showing proof of new address. Reason they need proof of address ‘In case of Emergency’ They are the last people on Gods earth I would ever contact in an Emergency

I have just had an appointment with Helen Clarke and feel I must say how impressively thorough and proffesional she was during the session. Everything was explained to me in-depth and my questions answered in the same manner. Thanks to the practise for a first class service.
Terrible doctors, I went with symptoms of a stroke, the gp shone a light my eyes, then proceeded to prescribe medication I've been advised not to take, due to having heart problems. Would not recommend these to look after a corpse.
