Very friendly and professional staff. Quick with scheduling and understanding of patient needs. Dr. Thammineni and his assistants/hygienists are very skilled in their work and are great at making you feel comfortable and confident in the results.
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience here. The doctor was over an hour late without any explanation and the procedure was incredibly painful, despite being told it would be painless. The hygienist was really nice and made sure I was always okay. She had gentle hands but when the main doctor took a look, he worked on me without caring about how i felt. I had an incredibly smooth and positive experience at this dental clinic! Dr. Kishore was not only professional and knowledgeable but also made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Zubair Seraj, the assistant, was excellent — very calm, supportive, and efficient throughout the process. Zia Ahmadi and Soni at the front desk were super friendly and helpful with scheduling and explaining everything clearly.
