I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience here. The doctor was over an hour late without any explanation and the procedure was incredibly painful, despite being told it would be painless. The hygienist was really nice and made sure I was always okay. She had gentle hands but when the main doctor took a look, he worked on me without caring about how i felt. I had an incredibly smooth and positive experience at this dental clinic! Dr. Kishore was not only professional and knowledgeable but also made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Zubair Seraj, the assistant, was excellent — very calm, supportive, and efficient throughout the process. Zia Ahmadi and Soni at the front desk were super friendly and helpful with scheduling and explaining everything clearly. I had a wonderful experience at King Street Dental Care! The clinic is clean, welcoming, and very professional. I especially want to thank Mimi, Soni, Zia, Yami, and Neeti — they were all incredibly kind, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable during every step of my visit. Their attention to detail, gentle care, and warm attitudes truly made a difference. It’s rare to find a dental team that’s both skilled and compassionate, and I’m so grateful to have found them.
